Coaching Terms and Conditions

You are booking the 3 Month VIP Coaching Package which includes 3x 60-minute 1:1 Zoom coaching sessions with Hollie Wild (1 per month)

This package also includes 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) of Voxer support (12 weeks total)

All payment plans and subscriptions are to be honoured and fulfilled, or legal action can be taken to recuperate any outstanding payments.

Our Zoom sessions will be recorded (including face and audio) and if you want to keep the recordings, you have seven (7) days to save the recording to your device of choice before they are deleted on our end for storage purposes.

All 1:1 sessions will start exactly on time and will finish right at the 60-minute mark to avoid going over. If you are late for the call, please be aware that it eats into your time with Hollie and the time will not be added on the end.

If in an emergency you need to reschedule, please email Hollie asap at hello@holliewild.com so that someone else can fill your spot and she will do her best to reschedule you to a time that works for both of you.

Any no-shows are deemed as the coaching session used, there will be no refunds provided and your session can not be moved to another day. Please be respectful of Hollie’s time as she is of yours.

There are no refunds provided on coaching sessions, all sales are final.
