I read what your system’s already revealing through breath, micro-movements, tension patterns, subtle contractions, and the shifts most people overlook.

What I once used in policing to read contradictions, micro-signals and what wasn’t being said, I now use to observe nervous systems in real time.

THE LENS BEHIND THE WORK

  • Policing trained me to observe what most people overlook: the hesitation before someone changes their story, the contradiction beneath a breath, the subtle shifts that reveal far more than words alone.

    I learned how to stay regulated inside high-pressure environments while reading people in real time.

    That same observational lens now informs how I read nervous systems, patterns and field dynamics through the body’s own signals.

    Not through performance or assumption, but through what your system is already revealing.

    This isn’t just intuition. It’s trained observation.

  • My work sits at the intersection of nervous system awareness, body intelligence and field work, informed by trainings in Integral Energetics, Spinal Energetics and energy medicine.

    Over time, the work became less about modality and more about observation; recognising how the body, nervous system and field communicate in real time when the conditions are right for reorganisation.

    I work with what your system is already revealing through breath, tension, movement, stillness and subtle shifts most people miss.

    I’ve trained in Integral Energetics, Spinal Energetics and energy medicine, but the work itself was also shaped by years in policing, where I was trained to read micro-signals, contradictions, behavioural patterns and what people revealed beneath words.

    That observational lens now informs how I read nervous systems and field dynamics in real time.

    You may find practitioners who work with the body. Others who work with energy. Others who understand nervous system patterns deeply.

    But BodyIntel™ is the integration of those worlds through one consistent lens, and that’s what makes the work feel different.

    After those initial sessions, frequency becomes highly individual.

    Some women benefit from closer support for a period of time. Others space sessions out monthly, seasonally, or as needed. The rhythm depends on what your body is responding to, what your life is reinforcing, and the level of integration your system is ready for.

    There’s no universal timeline and no forced cadence.

    This work follows the body, not a rigid protocol.

    Because the body, nervous system and field are interconnected, shifts don’t always happen in a perfectly linear way.

    Sometimes women notice changes emotionally, energetically or relationally before physical symptoms begin to shift. Sometimes symptoms fluctuate for a period while the body reorganises around new conditions instead of old patterns.

    The body often adapts slowly and intelligently over time, not all at once.
