  • Due to current client capacity, most applicants will be placed on a waitlist. If you’re approved, you’ll be notified as soon as a space becomes available.

  • All shadow work coaching sessions are online via Zoom.

    But for your body-led sessions (fortnightly), you can choose either in person or online, depending on where you’re based.

    You’ll make that selection when applying, and the application form clearly states my current location (suburb, city, state). If you’re local, I recommend in-person for those sessions, but online is just as potent. Both are equally exacting. Both deliver the same forensic recalibration.

    I’m currently in the visa process to relocate to Denver, Colorado. If approved, I’ll be based there from January 2026. If not, I’ll remain in Perth, Western Australia. Wherever I’m located during your time in the container, you’ll know, and you can select your preference (in-person or online) accordingly.
